PLEASE NOTE: The Student Application is for current 9th grade students who anticipate enrolling in the Civic Leadership Program and taking dual-credit college courses starting their 10th grade year. Incoming 9th graders will be recommended by their 8th grade teachers or enter the program through the Lottery.
